Refund policy

Returns
Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt of the product. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. The costs for return shipping are the responsibility of the buyer. Custom-made or discounted items may be excluded from return.

Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, the purchase amount will be refunded via the original payment method. Shipping costs will not be refunded, unless the item is damaged or incorrectly delivered.

Damaged items
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damage.
