Terms and Conditions

1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders and purchases made through the 1stbuddha online store. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.

2. Products

All products are described and presented as accurately as possible. Due to the nature of antique, handmade, and historical objects, minor variations in color, patina, material, or finish may occur. Such characteristics are considered part of the unique nature of the item and do not constitute defects.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in euros. Where applicable, prices include VAT unless otherwise stated. Full payment must be received before an order is dispatched.

4. Shipping

Orders are carefully packed and shipped using reliable transportation and delivery services. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, and carrier performance.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Customers may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving their order. Returned items must be in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrectly.

Although our registered office is located in Estonia, customers in Germany may return items to a German return address. The appropriate return address will be provided after contacting us by email.

6. Refunds

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

7. Liability

1stbuddha shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential losses, or delays caused by third parties, including shipping and transportation providers. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

8. Intellectual Property

All texts, photographs, graphics, and other content published on this website are the property of 1stbuddha or their respective rights holders and are protected by copyright laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law

All agreements and transactions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), where legally permitted.
