A decorative Chinese bronze Buddha head in the Ming style. The broad, serene face, the large round urna, the high ushnisha covered in snail-shell curls and the small spiral knob on top give it a classic Chinese look. It is hollow cast and finished with a thin silvery layer, through which warm copper-brown shows on the cheeks and forehead.
