Antique Chinese bronze Buddha statue from the late Qing period, executed in a traditional style with refined details and a warm, naturally aged patina. The robe is subtly decorated with round shou symbols, classic Chinese motifs representing longevity and prosperity. These decorative medallions are integrated into the surface and show light wear consistent with age and use.
The Buddha is depicted seated in a meditation posture, with a serene facial expression and harmonious proportions. The open bottom shows remnants of the original core filling from the casting process, a characteristic of the traditional lost-wax technique. On the inside, dark, organic remains are visible, indicating authentic, ancient casting methods and temple use.
