This large Japanese bronze vase has exactly the look you are looking for in a strong Asian interior piece: dark bronze, subtly glossy enamel, ancient symbolism, and a form that is immediately present without being flashy. With its height of 43 cm and weight of 2.9 kg, this is not a small decorative vase, but a sturdy and characterful object with real presence.

A broad champlevé band runs around the body, featuring colorful mythical creatures, floral tendrils, and geometric background patterns. The blue, red, green, white, and gold-colored accents are recessed into the bronze, giving the vase a rich, almost mysterious atmosphere.
