Estimated value: €2,200 – €3,000.
Antique bronze Vajrasattva, executed in traditional Vajrayana style with a vajra (lightning scepter) in the right hand and a ghanta (ritual bell) in the left hand. This combination symbolizes the unity of power and wisdom – the core of inner purification and spiritual transformation. The figure is richly decorated with a crown and jewelry and sits in a meditative posture on a lotus base.
The deep, naturally formed patina and subtle wear on the raised areas indicate age and a long-standing ritual context. The open top confirms that the statue was originally consecrated, as is customary with serious Vajrayana devotional statues. Inside, oxidation and old core remnants are visible, consistent with traditional casting techniques.
This is not a decorative object, but an authentic Tantric purification figure with clear spiritual significance and historical appearance.
