Pair of Chinese Bronze Temple Lions

A pair of Chinese temple lions, bronze with a green patina. One holds a ball under its paw, the other a cub. On a cabinet the pair reads at a glance: 12.5 cm tall, dark and green.

Description

The manes are carved in spirals and the collars carry a bell. The mouths are open. Felt pads under the paws were added later.
